Welcome to Church
Everything you need to know about who we are, what we believe, and where you fit. Come as you are, and leave changed, in Jesus’ name.

One room, one hour, straight answers.
Welcome to Church is where we tell you about who we are, what we believe, how the church is led, where the money goes, and the four things we want for every person who walks through our doors. This isn’t the short version, our hope is to answer any and all of your questions about RWC.
This is not designed to be a class, but a conversation. There are no trick questions and no tests. We want to answer your questions and help you decide if RWC is a good fit for you and your family. If not, we’d love to help you find another church to call home in our community.
How it works.
Following the 11:00 service
We meet in the main worship area around 12:15. This gives you time to grab coffee, water, or use the restroom before we start.
About 35–45 minutes. The goal is to be done by 1:00 so you and your family can head to lunch.
Childcare for your kids is covered
RWC Kids stays open during Welcome to Church. Simply let our team know you’re staying and we’ll cover the rest.
Ask anything
Members of our team are leading Welcome to Church and in the room the whole time.
This is a place for your questions, so bring them. We find that even the blunt questions are good questions.
An hour of your time, not a contract.
It is shorter than the service you just sat through, and nothing at the end asks you to commit to anything. While our desire is for everyone to take a next step, we want every next step to be a personal decision.

Why we do what we do, and why it matters.
We explain how our four streams of ministry form one current. Welcome to Church goes into detail about each stream and explains why we focus on them, and why they matter.

Our boundary lines
Eight values that decide how we treat each other and what a Sunday here actually feels like.
Leadership & accountability

Tell us you’re staying.
Not required — you can walk in on the day and nobody will mind. Telling us means we set out enough chairs, that childcare is expecting your kids, and that someone knows your name when you arrive.
This goes to the church office as an email. We do not sell it or add you to anything.
