Next steps

Serving is our identity

When we serve, we look more like Jesus. From feeding families and caring for our neighbors to partnering with our local ministry partners, our goal is for every corner of Elmore County to reflect the compassion, justice, and hope of Heaven. Join us as we serve our community, until Elmore County looks like Heaven!

Where this is going

Until Elmore County looks like Heaven.

Serve Days

Spring, summer, and fall.

We strive to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional, and financial needs of our community, making the name of Jesus greater. There are three Serve Days every year. Everyone is welcome, every serve project is explained, and everyone gets the chance to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

What outreach looks like

One drop at a time.

None of this was one big splash. It is a lot of people doing an ordinary amount, over and over.

How it is funded

The first ten percent leaves the building.

For every gift given to Rumbling Waters, a minimum of the first ten percent goes straight to our partners before anything else is spent. Not what is left over at the end of the year — the first tenth, off the top, every time.

Who we stand with

Local, national, global.

Elmore County

Local

Partnerships with the people already doing the work here, plus Serve Days aimed at whatever the need actually is in that season.

ARC

National

Supporting church planters and their leaders across the United States — churches that will outlive the people who started them.

Mission partners

Global

Financial support and teams on the ground with partners overseas, working where we are invited rather than where it photographs well.
